Day 2 30/22oC	Tour – go past the scenic lagoon then head up to Corcovado Mountain, upon which is perched the iconic Christ the Redeemer statue. Stunning panoramic views of the city before then pass through Santa Teresa, one of the oldest neighbourhood in Rio.	Windsor Califórnia Hotel Rio de Janeiro
Day 3 30/22oC	On Sundays in Rio de Janeiro, the main avenue that stretches Copacabana beach is closed to vehicles. The atmosphere is lovely for joining the locals as they stroll, cycle or skate down the pedestrianised street, stopping at one of the many kiosk bars for a fresh caipirinha and people watching. Day 4 25/17oC	Explore the beautiful lagoon behind Ipanema beach or stroll through the relaxing botanical gardens. Somewhere a little less known is Parque Lage at the base of Corcovado, a beautiful colonial mansion with stunning views of Christ the Redeemer towering over. Day 5 25/17oC	*Tour* of the different “barrios” of Buenos Aires. Each neighbourhood is unique and holds its own distinctive character. La Boca which still holds a lot of history from its days of European immigration. San Telmo is the oldest neighbourhood and is not a lot more bohemian. Day 7 31/18oC	Tour full-day tour of the Argentine side of the falls. Quite a bit of walking as there are many different trails to explore.	La Cantera Lodge de Selva by Don
Day 8 31/18oC	Guided tour. Over 70% of the falls are in Argentina, the famous expression goes “Argentina put on the show and Brazil watches”. Today view the stunning panoramic views of Iguaçu from the Brazilian side with your guide. The trail is easy to follow and there are just a few steps along the way. Day 27 26/12oC	About 3 hours drive south of Puerto Madryn is Punta Tombo, an area famous for its vast colony of Magellanic penguins. Recommended to use the day to visit here. Day 29 25/17oC	Just across the River Plate in Uruguay is the charming UNESCO protected town of Colonia del Sacramento. Leave some baggage at hotel. One hour ferry across (book) free to explore the town. Worth a one hour guided tour	Charo Colonia del Sacramento
